Our Approach: Teach and Repeat
In most cases, we suggest that you begin with our Level 1 package. Here, we employ a “teach and repeat” method, which is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills that you need to become self-reliant in your fitness pursuits. We aim to help you understand every movement and its significance in your training program.
Your trainer is not just there to guide you through a workout, but they are also your teacher and mentor. We encourage you to approach your fitness education with the same mindset as you would approach subjects such as math, science, or history. Understanding why you are doing a specific exercise and how it fits into your fitness program is the foundation of lasting success.
Transitioning to Level 2: Building Independence
As you become more proficient in performing movements, it is likely time to transition to our Level 2 package. In this phase, we reduce the frequency of sessions with your trainer during the week, introducing remote programming or “homework” tailored to your specific needs and resources.
Our objective is to create a community where individuals are not dependent on a trainer to workout, but rather self-reliant in their fitness pursuits. We understand that having a trainer indefinitely is not sustainable, and we want you to succeed in the long term.

Schedule Your Free Introductory Session
During your introductory session we will discuss your goals, prior training experience, and relevant medical history. Additionally, we complete a brief movement assessment and full-body workout. This allows us to get an understanding of who you are, how you move, and your current fitness level so that we can design a program specific to you and your goals.
