The Level 2 Package is designed for clients who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready for a blend of in-person coaching and structured remote programming. This phase helps you transition from relying on a trainer to becoming confident and capable in your own routine.
Level 2 is ideal for intermediate to advanced clients who want continued accountability, deeper progression, and more autonomy both inside and outside the gym. Whether you train in a commercial gym, a home gym, or while traveling, Level 2 keeps you progressing. Your in-person sessions become more strategic, your “homework” becomes more personalized, and your entire program continues to adapt to your performance, schedule, and goals.
Personal Training
Your in-person sessions become more targeted, intentional, and performance-oriented. We refine technique, increase training intensity when appropriate, and help you break through plateaus. Every workout is logged in TrueCoach so you have a complete record of training progress and movement cues.
Custom Homework
Your remote programming is built around your life. Whether you lift in a commercial gym, at home, or while traveling, we create structured, high-quality training sessions delivered through TrueCoach. These workouts reinforce the skills and progress made during your in-person sessions, helping you build routine, autonomy, and upward momentum.
BodySpec DEXA Scan
Level 2 includes a BodySpec DXA scan to precisely measure your lean mass, fat mass, visceral fat, and bone density. This data shapes your long-term programming and gives you measurable proof of progress beyond what you feel in the gym. Few training programs offer this level of insight, and it’s one of the biggest advantages of training with Eastside Athletics.
Nutrition Seminar
Nutrition plays a pivotal role in strength, body composition, and recovery. Your Level 2 package includes a Registered Dietitian-led seminar designed to help you fuel your training, improve energy, support muscle growth, and make confident, sustainable choices. Clear guidance, no restriction-based messaging, and strategies you can use in your daily lifestyle.
