Level 1 is the starting point for most clients — a phase dedicated to mastery, consistency, and education. Here you’ll learn the principles that make strength training effective, safe, and sustainable.
Personal Training
One-on-one sessions designed around your goals, training age, lifestyle, and physical history. You’ll learn proper technique, how to train safely and effectively, and how to build strength that genuinely transfers into your daily life. We set you up with TrueCoach so you can see your program, track progress, and stay connected between sessions. This becomes your long-term training home base.
BodySpec DEXA Scan
We begin with data. Your DXA scan provides a precise look at lean mass, fat mass, visceral adipose tissue, and bone density. This allows your trainer to tailor your program to your body’s unique needs and set measurable goals.
Nutrition Seminar
Join our virtual nutrition seminar led by a Registered Dietician who not only brings professional expertise but also the cultural nuances that come with healthy eating in a Western society. Our partnering RD is dedicated to helping you find a sustainable nutritional approach.
Level 2 is for clients who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready for a blend of in-person coaching and self-directed training. This phase helps you become independent while maintaining consistent, expert-guided progress.
Personal Training
Strategic, higher-level coaching sessions focused on progression, refinement, intensity manipulation, and performance. You’ll train harder and smarter, with more autonomy built in.
Custom Homework
Remote strength programs designed specifically for you. These sessions help you build routine, volume, and consistency between your in-person training days.

Leverage the support of a training partner with our Semi-Private Training package. This package includes the essential tools for success and is best suited toward individuals who have shared training goals.
Semi-Private Training
Our expert trainers will guide you through your shared training program, ensuring every session is optimized for your mutual goals and fitness level. All workouts will be logged by your trainer in your TrueCoach account. We encourage you to ask questions and expect a good dose of education during each session.
