Jillian Majewski

Jillian has been involved in fitness and movement for as long as she can remember. She’s experienced the motivated seasons and the stuck ones, the balance and the burnout.

With nearly 20 years in the wellness space, from public health to fitness, she’s always been driven by a genuine desire to help people create sustainable, real-life change. Before fully stepping into personal training, Jillian worked a 9-to-5 in corporate wellness, so she understands how challenging it can be to prioritize health while juggling work, social life and everyday stress.

Jillian brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her coaching. Having faced her own struggles with an eating disorder and finding balance with food and exercise, she deeply empathizes with those navigating similar challenges. Personal training is where she feels most at home, guiding clients to discover their strength, build confidence, and feel empowered in their bodies. She creates a supportive, down-to-earth environment where people feel understood, encouraged, and capable of more than they imagined both physically and mentally.
