About Us

Our mission at Eastside Athletics is to provide you with the tools you need to develop, and then maintain, a healthy and active lifestyle. A custom training plan is developed for each client using scientifically proven training principles to produce specific adaptations such as increased strength, power, and endurance, along with improvements in body composition and other health markers.

We aim to provide value that surpasses what other trainers can or will offer. We empower our clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to independently pursue peak performance, to lead an active lifestyle, and to make informed decisions about their health for a lifetime. This is achieved through a biopsychosocial approach to training, comprehensive client education, and ongoing support between sessions. When a client no longer needs us, we know we have succeeded. Schedule Your Free Introductory Session

During your introductory session we will discuss your goals, prior training experience, and relevant medical history.  Additionally, we will complete a brief movement assessment and full-body workout. This allows us to get an understanding of who you are, how you move, and your current fitness level so that we can design a program specific to you and your goals.
