About Us

Welcome to Eastside Athletics! We are  an industry-leading personal training company based in Bellevue, WA built on the belief  that when you train hard, move well, and move often, everything in your life gets better.

We specialize in intelligent, intensity-driven training. Our programs are grounded in proven strength & conditioning principles: progressive overload, planned intensity, movement quality, and purposeful recovery. We train to produce measurable improvements in strength, power, muscle mass, bone density, mobility, endurance, and overall body composition. But the real difference at Eastside Athletics is in how we coach. We don’t just count reps or run you through a routine. We teach you how to train — how to push with intention, correct technique, and how to leverage advanced training methods to drive adapatation. You’ll understand why each session is built the way it is and how your body adapts over time.

We view training through a wide lens: physical, mental, and emotional. Yes, you’ll get stronger. Alina is so detail oriented, gives me the best cues so that I can understand how to adjust my positioning, and has taken me from someone who has consistent low back pain and many old sports injuries to a consistent, pain free, badass weightlifting athlete despite an ankle and hand injury (2 injuries 6 months apart!) I got halfway through the year+ I’ve been working with her! She adjusted all the exercises to whatever mobility my ankle and hand was capable of, and anytime I want more or less HIIT/mobility/etc she is quick to adjust our plan. I finally feel like the athlete I’ve always wanted to be, sprinting is easy, and I feel like I can do anything. Alina still knows how to humble me though too, and keep me wanting to come back to master new skills and moves!!

I have never had a personal trainer before Alina, but she pays close attention to you with laser focus, is so encouraging, and is such a genuine inspiration because she is such a great athlete herself. She is able to talk to me about any struggles I am having with my fitness journey and genuinely cares about and invests in me getting better every day.

I’ve worked with Alina now atleast 5 years. The first thing I noticed when I met Alina is she is a very strong, confident person. She brought her all to every session and was an excellent listener.
